Start with the work
A business rarely needs another disconnected tool. It needs enquiries answered, knowledge found, decisions carried through and people able to see what happens next. I start by mapping that work: the people, the handoffs, the information and the places it stalls. That map determines what we build.

Strategy that reaches production
I lead the architecture, build and rollout. Mette brings voice, messaging and lead qualification into one operation for House of Mojo. CYSTEMS OS makes an operation visible and usable. Echo supplies the agent harness behind my own practice. Each solves a different part of the same problem: making useful intelligence work inside a real business.
The standard travels with the build
Delivery includes the rules for running what we create. Permissions, review, testing and a record of decisions belong beside the features. I stay close to the actual workflow, check the result on the surface people use, and turn corrections into reusable guidance. The objective is an operation someone can understand, trust and keep improving.
