Momento
The experience is the whole evening.
My private dining business: a shared cave table, food cooked with fire, and the quiet coordination that lets guests be fully present.

Make room for the moment
Momento began with a conviction about hospitality: the table can change how people feel about an evening, and about one another. The cave experience brings up to eight guests around one shared table. The private chef experience brings that same attention into a client’s home. I own the business, cook the food and host the experience.

Before the guests arrive: a Momento table prepared for an outdoor dinner.
The details do the work
I source ingredients through local markets, farmers and artisans, and cook with fire at the centre of my approach. Food, drinks, service and pacing have to belong to the same evening. For private chef bookings, I handle ingredients, logistics, service and kitchen cleaning, so the host can spend their attention on the people they invited.
Craft you can feel
This belongs beside my technology work because it makes the standard tangible. Timing changes an ingredient. Preparation changes the service. A well-run evening lets the effort disappear into the experience. Momento is where I practise that responsibility directly: one room, real people and immediate feedback on the work in front of them.
