Translate the expertise, preserve the nuance
I’m working with Pricing Overhaul to turn a spreadsheet-led consulting process into a guided financial product. The challenge is making complex pricing decisions understandable: operating costs, capacity, margins and recurring revenue affect one another. I approach the software as a way to carry the consultant’s reasoning into the client’s day-to-day decisions.
Product model, beta: guided intake and expenses support pricing scenarios. The white-label expansion is in development.
Make the numbers approachable
I designed and refined the financial snapshot workflow so intake can move into the product. The coaching process gives owners a place to begin, then lets them add expenses as they learn what matters. Pricing scenarios help structure the next decision. Beta feedback has shaped the details, from document clarity to how editable fields work together.
Give the method room to grow
The core product is in beta, with a white-label expansion being developed for other coaches. My work connects the client experience to that next layer: branded access, relevant pricing templates and a manageable onboarding process. The goal is to let the method travel under a coach’s brand while the underlying product continues to improve.
